Tips for Getting the Most from the Site

Use custom tests to target weak topics

Rather than always taking full mock tests, build shorter custom tests from the topics where your scores are lowest. Ten focused questions on road signs or stopping distances will do more for a weak area than another fifty-question mock.

Review your test history regularly

Every test you take is saved to your dashboard. Look back through your history once a week to spot topics that keep costing you marks, and re-read the explanation for any question you answered incorrectly rather than just noting the score.

Practise hazard perception little and often

Timing is a skill that fades quickly, so short daily sessions beat one long weekly one. Watch each clip actively, ask yourself what could develop into a hazard, and click as soon as a potential hazard starts to become a real one.

Study the theory before testing yourself

If a topic keeps tripping you up, go back to the Highway Code chapters and road signs library before attempting more questions. Understanding why an answer is correct is far more reliable in the exam than memorising the answers themselves.
